The Marfetan family started writing its gastronomy related story in Rocha, a natural Paradise on the Uruguayan coastline.

The dawn of this story took place at "La Balconada", where Lalo started the road to becoming the host that we know today, and Elsa turned into an exquisite "alchemist of flavor”

Today, together with their daughter Marìa Elena, chef in charge of the kitchen, they make way to a gastronomic trend in Punta del Este.
